Post Traumatic Stress

This is MaryAine of Return2Joy. Post-traumatic stress is on my mind at the moment. You know that is PTSD and it’s not just something that happens in war time to military, it also happens to regular people. When you have a car accident, or I’ve known athletes that were race car drivers or motorcycle racers, when they fell and broke their leg or whatever the next time they got out there, they would clinch up in the corners where they fell before and broke their leg. Or horse people when you get thrown off a horse and now you’re afraid to get back on the horse, that is also a form of post-traumatic stress and it can be relieved, it couldn’t be corrected.
If you really want to change that pattern, if you want to get back on the bike, you want to get back in the car, back on the freeway, back on the horse, if you want to change your reaction to a response then give me a call.

I’m MaryAine Curtis of Return 2 Joy and the two is the numeral 2, not the word. You can find me on Facebook as well and let’s have a conversation about how you can really Return to Joy, return to the peace and and the excitement, and your drive to live your life fully and for now make it a great day.
